I live at Dolbeare Court and when trying to turn left out of Pound Hill, my vision is badly obscured by very long grass and it is extremely difficult to see what is coming up the hill from Tideford. The grass has been cut at the bottom of the small area, but it has been allowed to grow very tall within some sort of fenced area. There is also a yellow post which doesn’t help. I have contacted Cornwall Council who directed me to Highways, who directed me back to CC, but I am getting nowhere and wondered if a local person could help out?! It is a real blind spot and could be yet another accident waiting to happen on this stretch of the A38.
